Our company places great importance on employee development, treating each team member as a unique individual.

The professional HR team helps employees unlock their full potential for career growth by assessing their skills, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and guiding them through tailored programs designed to build knowledge, expertise, and confidence.

We run various internal training initiatives such as the "Manager School", "Supervisor School", "Mentor School", and "Leadership School", all hosted at our in-house training center. We’ve also implemented the Ispring LMS platform and maintain ongoing learning partnerships with the Kaizen Institute, while also making use of external educational resources.

This continuous investment in team development leads to ongoing optimization of business processes and a stronger corporate culture and value system.

Thanks to our robust training and development system, we have built a strong internal talent pipeline of branch managers and production team leaders. As of June 2023, 79% of our management team has grown from within the company.
